Eastern Will County Senior Services (EWCSS)
is a not for profit organization.

Eastern Will County Senior Services is a not-for-profit corporation serving people 60 years of age and over, residing in Crete, Green Garden, Monee, Peotone, Washington and Will Townships.

Our priorities are directed toward the vulnerable elderly living alone on a fixed income.

Our main objective is to provide older people with the kind of supportive services that allow them to remain independent and a part of their community for as long as possible.

Weekday lunch is served at EWCSS.

For those unable to come or cook for themselves, home delivered meals can be made available.

Our transportation service provides 32,000 rides yearly.

This service is not only available to seniors, but also to the handicapped in our area who are without transportation.

Priority service is given to medical appointments and out-patient treatments, such as dialysis and radiation, the nutrition site, and grocery shopping.

On a scheduled basis we provide access to information and referral and income tax assistance.

We also have a recreation program with weekly card parties, quilting, monthly pot luck bingo.

Eastern Will County Senior Services is funded by Title III funds and:
